  • Absolutely. We welcome children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and aim to create an inclusive, supportive environment where every child can enjoy football, make friends, and develop their confidence.

If your child has any additional needs, we encourage you to contact us before booking so we can discuss how best to support them during their time at camp. Our experienced coaching team will always do their best to make adjustments where possible and ensure every child has a positive experience.

  • Yes. Players will have access to water refill stations throughout the day, and regular water breaks are encouraged throughout our half-term football camps.

  • We continue activities in the rain where it is safe to do so. We also have access to indoor facilities for lunch breaks and whenever children need shelter from the weather, ensuring our half-term football programme can continue comfortably throughout the day.

  • Player welfare is our priority. We have shaded areas available and can adjust activities, increase water breaks, and move out of direct sunlight when needed to keep children safe and comfortable during half-term football sessions.

  • Our coaching team is experienced in helping children settle in. We have enough staff available to spend extra time with children who may be feeling nervous and help them integrate at their own pace. In most cases, our games and activities naturally help children make friends and feel comfortable quickly.

  • Bookings can be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours before the booked camp date. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session. This policy applies to all half-term football bookings. Anything cancelled closer to the session date is non refundable as we naturally book staff and facilities based on attending numbers.
